However, it is beneficial to examine which teams hit the NFRI more often than others, especially when you consider that the NRFI and YRFI are almost always at or around even odds.
The Best: Miami Marlins
The Marlins are a team that fits the model of "good starters and bad hitting" perfectly. Their pitching rotation is above average in all major pitching statistics, while their hitters are below average in statistics such as OPS+, SLG, HR, and RBI. Their rotation is led by a collection of young pitchers, including Eury Perez, Braxton Garrett, Jesús Luzardo, and last year’s NL Cy Young Award winner Sandy Alacantra. The Marlins have by far the best NRFI record at 63-33. The other best NRFI teams are as follows:

The Worst: Cincinnati Reds
The Reds might be the polar opposite of the Miami Marlins. Cincinnati has a young and electric lineup that puts numbers on the board with ease, while their starting pitchers are statistically one of the weakest in the MLB according to Average Game Score. The Reds NRFI record is 38-57. While the Reds do have one of the best bullpens in the MLB, the NRFI doesn’t care about your bullpen; it only cares about the first six outs.
