Jac Caglianone Receives A Promotion!
The Royals Are Adding Some Much Needed Power
The Royals have called up their top prospect, Jac Caglianone, to join them as they head to St. Louis to take on the Cardinals. So far this season in the minors, Caglianone has been destroying baseballs.

Could you take another look at that statline? Caglianone has been on an absolute tear this season and is receiving promotion that is well deserved. The 6’5”, 250-pound behemoth can rip the cover off a baseball, and there is a reason why he was a top-10 draft pick in the 2024 MLB Draft.
The Royals' decision to call up Caglianone was a no-brainer. Honestly, it should have been done sooner, as the power production from the outfield has been abysmal this season. The lineup already looks so much better with Caglianone inserted into the heart of the lineup.

If Caglianone can adjust to major league pitching sooner rather than later, the Royals will have another weapon to throw out there daily. Bobby Witt Jr. cannot carry this offense alone; Kansas City needs guys like Salvy, Pasquantino, and now Caglianone to hit to their potential to be legitimate playoff contenders.
Caglianone is a beast, plain and simple. I will be tuning in to watch this guy debut, as he is going to be a star in this league!

I didn’t even mention his college statistics, but just look at them. He did this against SEC competition and has not stopped hitting since. He is a must-add in all fantasy baseball formats (if not already rostered). You will not be sorry!
