I Created A New Baseball Website

When I started doing The Skippers View a few years ago, I hated the idea of analytics. I hated the arguments, I disliked how complicated they were, and I resented how managers relied on them too heavily. I was a HATER.
Today, I have softened on analytics and can see the beauty of diving into them when you really love the game of baseball, to the extent that a few months ago, I created my analytics. I combined some of baseball’s most popular savant percentiles into one 0-10 normalized stat. Is it perfect? No, but it was mine, and it was cool. I wanted a place where I could easily store it, so I created a website with my friend that would automatically do all the rankings for me. The entire idea was to create an analysis that the common man could understand. Rather than worrying about all the percentiles, bam, here is a simplified score.
Over the last few weeks, something more has grown from that, an entire website where YOU can easily create your analytics. Not only that, but it will be a great place for baseball content creators to easily generate graphics.
The Skippers View is and always will be my baby, but this is an entirely separate venture. You will see the graphics frequently on my social media, and I will reference them in my blogs, but they are not affiliated with The Skippers View in any other way.
I would like to introduce Stat Soldier.

Create Your Own Analytics
The primary motivation for creating this website was to develop an app that enables any user to easily create their own analytics. We even built an AI tool that allows users to describe what they want, and the model will provide them with the statistics it thinks work best.
You can then use those stats in our various graphic creation tools.
Top 10 Lists
Everyone loves Top 10 lists, and with the website, you can auto-generate any Top 10s you want. There is a wide variety of stats available to choose from and plenty of customization options. If you take advantage of the custom analytic creator, you can then bring your stats over and make your own Top 10 graphics with that stat.
Full Leaderboards
I wanted to take the stats I created and bring them over to this website so I could easily check in on players. Not only can I make the Top 10 graphics, but I can also have full leaderboards of any custom stat I create.
Player Comparisons
Every day, screenshots of Baseball Reference player comparisons absolutely bang on X and other social media. Baseball Reference is the GOAT, but I wanted to make my own.
With these graphics, you can take any statistic you want, including your custom stats, and plug them in.
I made sure to include both a light and dark mode, so please pick whichever you prefer.
Player Card Generator
The last feature that we are willing to show right now is our player card generator. Users will be able to select any statistics they want and have them represented in various graphics.
I will admit that these are still very early on in development, and these are older graphics. I have already made new tweaks to them.
When To Expect This?
We plan on launching in two weeks. Realistically, we could launch now, but we want to work out the bugs.
There will be free and paid options for the site.
