Continuing with my Top 10 lists, here are my Top 10 shortstops for 2026. If there is a player here that is bound to cause controversy, it will be where I have Geraldo Perdomo.
While Perdomo is coming off a massive 7.0 WAR breakout campaign in 2025 that turned heads across the league, most major projection systems are calling for a significant 'regression to the mean' this year. Balancing a historic outlier season against the steady against one of the deepest positions wasn’t easy. So feel free to rip me apart.
